The 5 acre common area on the western edge of the development remains virtually untouched to allow residents to enjoy the natural beauty of the property. The development meets or exceeds regulations pertaining to storm water run-off and provides water detention within the property limits.

Faletti Inc. will also construct houses to meet the Earth Craft design and construction guidelines which provide for environmentally friendly and sustainable construction and create highly energy efficient houses.
