Rockford Farm is nestled among the foothills of the great Blue Ridge Mountains , 
1 mile from Hwy. 441 at the intersection of Rockford Creek and Buckhorn Roads, 
slightly more than one hour north of Atlanta's I285.

 

Nearby you will find mountain lakes including Lake Rabun, Burton, Yonah and Hartwell, 
rushing rivers including the Chattahoochee, Chattooga (world famous white-water rafting), 
and the Soque (trophy-trout fishing), national forest lands to enjoy wildlife, waterfalls, 
hiking and hunting, golf courses, excellent schools, hospital, local arts, small towns of 
Clarkesville, Helen, Clayton and Dahlonega and so much more.

Directions to Rockford Farm:
 (from the intersection of I-285 & I-85)


Take I-85 North to the intersection of I-85 and I-985 (GA-365), bear left towards Gainesville.  (17.8 miles)

 
Continue on the four lane through Gainesville. At Cornelia the four lane merges onto US-23 N/ US-441N/ GA-15N.  (47.0 miles)

 
Proceed to the third traffic light after the merge which is Hollywood.  (9.0 miles)    

 

Turn left at the light and proceed between the Kangaroo and Exxon stations until you dead end into Historic 441.  (0.1 miles)

 

Turn left and travel to the intersection of Rockford Creek Road and historic 441. (0.5 miles)

 

Turn right and proceed to the intersection of Rockford Creek Road and Buckhorn Road. Rockford Farm is straight ahead. (0.7 miles)


Directions to Rockford Farm:
 (from the intersection of I-285 & GA 400)

 

Take GA-400N until it ends, go straight through the light. The road becomes GA-115 (Long Branch Road).

 

Take GA-115 to the traffic light, turn right. You are still on Ga-115.

 

Stay on GA-115 through Cleveland until it intersects GA-197 at Clarkesville.

 

Turn left on GA-197/ Historic 441.  Stay straight on Historic 441 (do not take a second left on GA-197) until you see Buckhorn Road on the left.  (3.6 miles)

 

Bear left and take Buckhorn to the 4 way stop at the intersection of Rockford Creek Road. Turn left into Rockford Farm.  (0.6 miles)
